Ear Tag Feedback Form

If you experience any issues with ear tags, pastern tags or boluses, you can report them to DEFRA using the ear tag feedback form. This includes infections, lost tags, damage, poor performance or markings that are difficult to read. The form also welcomes positive feedback.
